The Bosch ACS 620H is the first platform^ to be certified by an independent testing laboratory the new J2788H “high voltage addendum” – making it the perfect solution for servicing R134a air conditioning systems in hybrid* and non-hybrid powered vehicles. Plus, the ACS 620H offers optional accessories that allow for customized solutions based on your shop’s needs! This fully automatic machine is accurate and efficient, saving the shop time and money. The ACS 620H is technician friendly and very easy to use. The innovative revolving control panel turret houses large easy-to-read 4” dial gauges, a large 4x20 LCD display and intuitive keypad. The fully-automatic programming increases shop efficiency. The easy-access filter reduces the amount of time for maintenance. The patented manifold design increases efficiency and reliability. The unique foam-filled rear tires will not go flat, making the ACS 620H easy to maneuver around the shop and help contribute to scale accuracy.

In addition to the standard features, to fit your shops needs you can add the following options:

•The patented TechALERT® wireless technician notification option helps increase shop productivity by freeing up the technician to work on other vehicles while the ACS 620H operates in fully-automatic mode. With this option the ACS 620H will alert the technician when the job is complete – no more running back and forth across the shop to check on the status of the job!
•The optional vehicle refrigerant / oil capacity database can help reduce comebacks by taking the guesswork out of correct refrigerant and oil charge specifications for today’s vehicles! Many of today’s vehicles have smaller air conditioning system, which require greater charge accuracy.
•The optional printer allows the shop to provide customers with before and after printouts of the service performed.
•The optional integrated refrigerant identifier protects you and the air conditioning machine by identifying R134a impurities.

*The term hybrid is specifically referring to High Voltage Electric Drive Compressor Applications.
** Important! An SAE J2788 non-addendum certified machine equipped with on-board oil injection and service hose flush feature, should NOT be used for both hybrid* and non-hybrid vehicle servicing due to risk of vehicle shutdown and for technician safety.
